The challenge

To deliver the complete AV solution and hybrid working ecosystem in Solera’s new HQ in Bracknell, UK.

This saw the convergence of operations from four separate office buildings into one, so the solution needed to maintain the digital workflow and ensure a consistent experience across all spaces.

The solution

We designed and delivered a Microsoft Teams Rooms certified solution, using accredited hardware to create a fully customised solution.

This ensures a consistent and intuitive user experience across all spaces, which include two-person huddle areas, a 200-capacity auditorium and 40 meeting rooms.

Collaboration with global teams was a priority for Solera, so we selected camera and microphone technology that allowed participants to move throughout each room whilst still being seen and heard perfectly.

We delivered adoption training and provide ongoing support to ensure the solutions are maintainedand utilised well into the future.
