Austin Fraser is a recruitment company specialising in IT, Engineering and Life Sciences. Since it was formed in 2007, it has experienced rapid growth from two people working in a garage to more than 100 people spanning over three different countries.
Austin Fraser moved into a new UK HQ office space in the Thames Tower office based in Reading Town Centre and required a complete audio and visual system design and installation. The challenge was to create a system that would reflect the area's regeneration and create a wow factor when clients, prospects and candidates walked into their new office.
Austin Fraser wanted to deliver its messaging from the moment people walked into the open plan space, which continued throughout its meeting and communal areas.
Opting for a network of Philips 65” MediaSuite displays, we were able to provide Austin Fraser with the option to showcase company collateral, as well as stream Apple TV for entertainment purposes to the employees.
In addition, we installed a Sky TV system that was networked to all the Philips screens within the meeting rooms, huddle rooms and reception areas, which incorporates a room booking system and zonal audio.
To enhance the company culture, Austin Fraser created a communal space that is elegantly designed with a floral scenario, a dance floor and artificial grass for a putting green. There is also a pool table, a football table, a 6000 Lumen projector, and a separate zone for audio for visual entertainment.
The solution installed supports Austin Fraser’s vision to offer employees and clients a space that encourages collaboration and builds relationships. The technology is future-proofed to support Austin Fraser as the company expands, and can easily be rolled out to other locations.
