Full Audio Visual system design & installation at Austin Fraser Group HQ – Thames Valley

Austin Fraser are a recruitment company who specialise in IT, Engineering and Life Sciences. Since they formed in 2007, they have experienced a rapid growth from 2 guys in a garage to now more than 100 people spanning over 3 different countries.

Austin Fraser approached Project Audio Visual to discuss their move into their new UK HQ office space in the Thames Tower office based in Reading Town Centre opposite the train station. With all the redevelopment going on in the area, it was essential the Austin Fraser came up with a solution that would match, if not better the other set ups around them. this is something that can be seen in their very impressive set up in their new office in the Thames Tower.

The client sought the experience of Project Audio Visual to design an audio visual solution to best fir their new office, something that we took great pleasure in assisting with. One of the requirements was to be able to display company info as well as the option to use an Apple TV for entertainment to their employees in their open plan office, something we decided was best suited to a network of Philips 65” MediaSuite TV’s installed around the outer side of the work areas. Also we installed a Sky TV system that was networked to all the Philips screens as well as the Meeting Rooms, Huddle Rooms and Reception Areas which incorporated a room booking system.

In their open area, they decided to create an area that could be used for entertainment whether it be during breaks or staff parties after work hours. The area is elegantly design with a floral scenario, dance floor and artificial grass for a putting green. There is also a pool table and a football table as well as a 6000 Lumen projector and separate zone for audio. To finish this area off there is an open kitchen area also having a bar and seating area.

The rest of the office also has zonal audio installed throughout.

To finish the office off, Austin Fraser have a network of scooters positioned throughout for their employees to quickly and easily move around the open plan office from one end to the other.
